Most sessions are 3-6 hours, depending on the space and your goals. We work efficiently and make high impact progress right away.

2. Do I need to be present the whole time?

Nope. You're welcome to stay involved or step away—whatever fits your schedule. We’ll agree on a plan, and we’ll handle the rest with care and clear communication.

3. Will you make me get rid of everything?

Never. This isn’t about minimalism or pressure—it’s about aligning your space with your life. You choose what stays. We simply guide the process with respect and expertise.

4. What do I need to do to prepare?

Click GET STARTED and you'll answer a series of questions that will do the heavy lifting for prep. We'll hop on the phone, text thread, or video call, have a quick chat to confirm and clarify your goals, and schedule our first visit.
