1. How much does it cost?

We value transparency. You'll find our rates are clearly outlined in the pricing section above.

This meaningful investment brings the relief of walking into a space that's finally, completely done — the ease of a home that flows, and the quiet pride of knowing it actually reflects who you are.

2. Do I need to be present the whole time?

Not at all — you’re welcome to step away or stay involved, depending on what feels best for your schedule. For the biggest impact, especially when we’re doing a lot of decluttering, we recommend checking in at least twice during the session to help guide key decisions and ensure everything feels just right.


That said, we’ve also had wonderful outcomes with clients who live out-of-state or couldn’t be there in person. With clear direction and trust, our team can carry out your vision seamlessly and keep you updated along the way.

3. Will I be able to stay organized?

Yes, you can! With the right systems in place, staying organized becomes sustainable and manageable rather than a constant struggle. Once we've organized, we show you and your family how to keep it up and the principles behind it so clarity sticks. Our focus is creating systems that fit your everyday life and keep working, even when life get busy.

4. What do I need to do to prepare?

Click GET STARTED and you'll answer a few questions that will do a lot of the heavy lifting in terms of prep. We'll hop on the phone, text, or video to clarify and confirm your goals and find some dates that would work.

On the day of... there’s no need to clean or pre-organize—we’re here to make things easier, not harder.

5. We are getting ready to sell. How can you help?

We help your home show at it's best — fast. Many sellers know their home needs work but don't know where to start, don't have the time, or delay listing due to overwhelm. We step in and handle the strategic decluttering, depersonalizing, and packing for storage. We create inviting spaces that appeal to buyers and photograph beautifully. Our goal is to highlight your home's potential so it sells quickly and for top-value.

We also have trusted vendors to connect you with like handymen, general contractors, landscapers, deep cleaners, and painters.

6. We are getting ready to move. How can you help?

We can handle the entire process — or just the parts you're dreading. We ease the overwhelm by keeping phases moving forward strategically. From decluttering and packing, to removal and hauling, to coordinating with movers and setting up your new home so it's functional from day one (imagine the first meal in your new home and beds made and ready for a good rest).

Moving brings hard (and exhausting) questions: What to keep? What to let go of? Where do those things go? How do we avoid recreating the same clutter? What about those boxes that we've moved twice and never opened? We help you answer them with care, intention, and a lot of experience.
